Favorite Art

Well girls, your dad has gotten the artistic bug back into me and so I've been looking through trying to find something to paint. These are my favs so far. I think the little girls reading is so cute,especially since that's something Ruby is starting to do. If you read Ruby a book, she'll get you another book when you're done and then SHE will try to narrate what happens in the book that I just read. So sweet!

Dear Charlotte

It's a baby girl for us this September. Ruby will be a sister to a little angel named Charlotte Lucille Sawyer.

Dear Charlotte,
We saw you moving so much on your ultrasound on Friday. Everything is just perfect, from your ten little toes to your two amniotic fluid filled kidneys. You have your sisters little nose and your heart rate was 148. You were quite annoyed that we kept poking you, but were still pretty cooperative in letting us see what the tech needed to see. Dad even recorded the moment that the tech told us you were officially a girl. He's coming to terms with the fact that he is so far an all girl daddy by letting your sister play in the dirt more. I can't wait for you to meet your daddy.

We can't wait to meet you, Charlotte! You have a lot more growing to do though.. so sleep away, baby.
