Well, little love, you have started ballet and tap classes and you love them. You call them “fancy ballet” classes. Yesterday was your second class and I heard you tap tap tapping away to Justin Bieber’s “Baby”, along with a few other more traditional songs. Yesterday, daddy and I both took you and we waited for you, while watching Charlotte at the pub next door. While you are having a blast at dance class, we get to spend some one on one time with your sister, so it works out great.
We also went to Busch Gardens for the first time this week. You were SO excited. I’ve never seen you so excited. You and Charlotte both loved the tram ride, and you actually rode everything without being scared, even the ride that went way up in the air and back down, which Charlotte was terrified of.
Tomorrow is your BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!! I am so excited and have been working hard for many weeks to make sure it goes just right. I have all the decorations made, all the games planned, the cake ordered, the invitations rsvp’d to, the rapunzel hairbands ready, and we are set. All I need to do is clean the house.
FUNNY STORY!
OK, So last weekend was party crazy. We were on our way to a birthday party with all three of you kids and we had you all in the car. The diaper bags the car seats the gift etc were all set and from the very back of the car, you said “You just got (your way of saying you forgot) to buckle my seatbelt! “ and then a forlorn , “Come on GUYS!” Dad and I looked at each other and smiled. You are so funny.

Our Father's Day Surprise For Daddy- Don't Look, Daddy!!!
Well I am working on something for your daddy and for your part, I asked you a bunch of questions about him and your answers were so funny!

How Old Is he? 4.
Does he have a job? yes. he drive his car. I love him, ever and ever.
What does he do at work? He goes to work and then he comes home.
What is daddy's favorite thing to do? play princesses and reading books too.
Do Daddy and you have a garden together? Yes, we water the matoes all the time. We water matoes with grandpa. My grandpa.
What is daddy's favorite color? pink and purple and blue

What does your daddy like to do for fun? Play princesses.
What does he call your momma? Jackie
What does daddy do that makes you laugh? he chases me and plays I'm gonna catch you and he pretends to be a scary yogurt.
Whatis the funniest thing he has ever done? He makes faces and chases me and I run in the house! (collapses in fit of giggles)
Did daddy used to be smaller? no.
If you and daddy could go anywhere iin the world, just the two of you, where would you go? probably disney world. Probably. Or maybe grandma sawyer's house. I love disney world now. I love it.
Do you think if you and daddy had a space ship that you could live on the moon? Uh huh
What clothes does daddy wear? He wears pants and shirt

Daddy even took off time from work so he could share your special day at your preschool picnic! We all had fun, and Grandma and Grandpa Hatch watched your little brother so we could have fun.

My Good Girl
Buttercup!
Your behavior has gotten so much better. It seems like you’ve adjusted to having Charlotte in your room, even though almost every night you still ask “Is Baby Charlotte still sleeping in my room?” It cracks me up when I tell you that yes, she is and you do a little fist pump and say “Yes!!”. It doesn’t seem to bother you that she sometimes keeps you up and frustrates you. You are trying so hard to be a big girl. You are listening to what I ask, and have had only a few meltdowns in the last few weeks. My sweet baby has returned to her precious little beautiful self.
You start ballet this Thursday and are so excited!!! We are planning a Rapunzel Birthday Party, per your request, this year and I just got the invitations in the mail. We’re having it on your actual birthday this year, June 18th.
What else.. what else…?
You are into High School Musical songs, your tomato garden, your friends Allie and Hailey at Courtney’s school. I did a 5 senses activity with all of your friends that everybody loved. It was so much fun. We all danced the “Tootie Ta” and had cupcakes.
On Sunday, you were a bear on “Noah’s Ark”, and Grandma and Grandpa Hatch came to watch you. Afterward, you demonstrated your newfound ability to pump your legs on the big girl swing.
You are growing up so fast.
