Mooove Over, Mr. Ceiling Fan!

..and HELLO Miss Sweet Potato!
Oh yes. Somebody's got a brand new bag, and her name is Sweet, Sweet, Sweet Potato.
This is Ruby at the first taste of sweet potatoes.

"Mmm. Oohh." She says.
Next, is Ruby mid-potato.

"Oh yes. Excellent Texture. Sufficient Sweetness". Ok, this she didn't say out loud.

Finally, at the empty jar, is Ruby searching for more Sweet Potato on her bib. It MUST be here! It cannot be gone!!

Hello Sunlight

Ruby has a new favorite room in the house- the sunroom! She loves to sit up by herself in the sunroom, talk to Mr. Duck, and the sunbeams that stream in through the big, beautiful windows!

She thought it was hilarious that when she hit the piano, it made a sound.

She spent the last few minutes talking, laughing, and reminiscing with Mr. Ceiling Fan before conking out into a long morning nap.

This weekend, we went to visit Amanda and Laura Sawyer and the Riccios. Ruby took one thing away from this visit: A Desire To Start Crawling.

Her eyes were totally fixed on the youngest Riccio, Luke. He was a crawling expert, and she watched him intently the whole time we were there!
